Inventory Analyst – Services Supply Chain

- 3–5+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

- Track daily inventory levels, process adjustments for defective/out-of-warranty parts, and ensure consistency between SECC and CECC records.
- Issue and review inventory consistency reports, take corrective actions, and handle bookings between storage locations.
- Perform ad-hoc counts for business partners and monthly counts at Lenovo’s main distribution center.
- Update and maintain SAP price files monthly.
- Manage broker sales/scrap activities, resolve shipping discrepancies, and align inbound/outbound inventory.
- Prepare weekly inventory dashboards and create operational/analytical reports for decision-making.
- Conduct consistency checks across systems and maintain reporting tools.
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests and support sales teams with inventory comparisons.
- Work with logistics, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities
