10+ years of experience in PC, IT hardware, or technology distribution sales.
Proven track record of managing distributor accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What will you do
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive operational efficiency by managing and optimising sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.
· Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
· Analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
· Support territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline management activities.
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.
· Lead initiatives to automate and standardise reporting and analytics.
· Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Salary offer (gross):
2 500 EUR/mesiacBase gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
