What will you do
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for turning data into meaningful insights? As an Incentives & Commissions Analyst you’ll take ownership of managing quarterly commission processes, ensuring our high-performing sales teams are rewarded accurately and on time.
The primary goal of an I&C Analyst is to ensure that sales employees are fairly and accurately compensated based on their performance, in line with the company’s incentive plans. This helps drive motivation, transparency, and trust within the sales organization.

You will report to the assigned market leadership and the I&C Manager based in Bratislava, collaborating with sales professionals across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission Administration: Manage and maintain commission data, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and timely payouts aligned with EMEA commission plans.
- Data Analysis & Communication: Analyze revenue, profit, and territory performance data. Collaborate with Sales Teams to clarify performance drivers and their impact on commissions.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on quota and incentive attainment to provide insights into sales performance, including quarterly updates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with country sales operations, finance teams, and sales management to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Payment Processing: Execute monthly and quarterly commission payments for designated business segments and markets.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies through effective communication with Sales Teams.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with Sales Teams across EMEA.
- General Support: Assist with broader sales reporting needs and contribute to cross-functional projects as assigned.
