Seeking a Dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner (Maternity backfill)

What do you need to succeed in this opportunity

* 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in hiring across EMEA.
* Ability to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with business and HR partners.
* Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and is this written proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proven ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders
* Familiarity with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
* Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

What will you do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will meet hiring goals by filling open positions in EMEA. You will manage the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening and facilitating offers and negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This is a limited contract - maternity leave backfill.

Your responsibilities will be to:

* Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
* Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
* Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings.
* Take ownership of the candidate experience by managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
* Facilitate the offer process, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategies.
* Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
* Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Salary offer (gross):
From 1 900 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary starts from 1.900 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
