
Deal Desk Specialist
What do you need to succeed in this opportunity
- Bachelors Degree in business, project management or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. Proven experience in proposal writing, business development, or a related role within IT services.
- Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work as part of a global team which may require engaging across distances, cultures, and time zones in a matrix organizational structure.
- APMP Practitioner Certification or possession of skill set and experience to acquire certification required. External project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification is preferred.
- 3-8 years of progressive broad-based information technology and business experience.

What will you do
- Analyze incoming deals to understand client needs, business goals, and financial impact, ensuring readiness for internal reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to evaluate deal terms, structure, and risks, and support negotiation strategies.
- Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) business cases and create tailored proposals that reflect client context and highlight the company’s value proposition.
- Write clear, persuasive proposal content that meets brand, formatting, and submission standards, translating technical details into accessible language.
- Manage the full proposal development process, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and review stages.
- Continuously improve proposal quality and effectiveness by gathering feedback, staying updated on industry trends, and enhancing tools and templates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate proposal workflows for greater efficiency and consistency.

Salary offer (gross):
From 2 100 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary starts from 2.100 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
