SSG Training Program Manager

What do you need to succeed in this opportunity

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or training operations, preferably in a global IT or technology organization.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Webex); breakout room management, as well as with digital collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures; able to manage tasks independently.
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic experience in data reporting or survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms).
- Background in corporate L&D or sales enablement.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

What will you do

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for virtual (MS Teams) and in-person training events, including venue setup, travel, and materials
- Manage training communications—send invites, instructions, reminders, and follow-ups
- Track attendance, handle cancellations, and follow up with no-shows
- Administer post-training surveys, analyze feedback, and share insights with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate training records for LMS and reporting
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and facilitators to ensure smooth event delivery
- Continuously improve planning processes and communication templates

Salary offer (gross):
From 1 800 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary starts from 1 800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
