SSG Instructional Designer Technical Trainings

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role involving technical content creation, instructional design, or industrial learning content.
- Solid understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and enterprise infrastructure (experience with aaS or managed services a plus).
- Familiarity with technologies like virtualization, cloud computing, AI, endpoint management.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into consumable and practical content.
- Proficiency with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar.
- Strong visual storytelling and information design skills and experience creating learning materials for presales or technical sales

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global training teams or enablement organizations in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with service design methodologies and sales frameworks (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling).
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

- Design and develop engaging, technically accurate training content (e-learning, videos, diagrams, workshops) for presales and specialty sales teams
- Translate complex IT service offerings into clear, visual, and practical learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and sales strategies
- Create materials that support pricing models, customer journeys, and solution positioning
- Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma, Articulate) to produce high-quality, modular content adaptable to various formats
- Continuously improve content based on learner feedback, analytics, and evolving service offerings
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with strong attention to detail and user experience
