What will you do
Lenovo's Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) Profit management is critical to our overall success. The size of ISG France market requires two dedicated Profit Managers to lead the related activities end to end. ISG Finance is currently hiring one senior Profit Manager with experience in Pricing and/or Financial calculations for Data Center Products. The candidate is expected to innovate and transform the local profit management processes, prepare strategic decisions within local delegations, usage of the different mechanisms and business models and strongly contribute to the transformation of the local processes towards a lean No-Low Touch orientated process without jeopardizing profit. The successful candidate will directly work with local sales & channel teams to drive profitable business and collaborate in strong team with the other EMEA profit manager. In this position the candidate will also closely interlock with local Market Controller, Country leader and CFO to keep continuously track and control of Profit development.
Main responsibilities:
End to end responsibility of the ISG profit management activities in the French market
Mastering a complex datacenter infrastructure product & solution portfolio, pricing and Sales processes.
Full responsibility ( Defining and tracking ) of profit management processes in France.
Strong interaction with local Sales Leaders, Finance, Pricing, Channel and upward management.
Preparing ISG bids for timely and precise approvals in local, EMEA or WW winrooms.
Position requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
At least 2 years previous experience in IT Sales on end user or channel business preferably combined with practice in corporate finance, specifically in pricing of infrastructure products & solutions (Server, Storage, Network hardware, Software and Services Sales for Data Center)
Strong compliance focus and agility as well as Finance and planning background.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Fluent in French and English
