What do you need to succeed in this opportunity
As an ideal candidate you should meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in hiring across EMEA and IT focused hiring.
- Ability to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with business and HR partners.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

- Facilitate the offer process, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategies.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Manage strategic hiring projects and initiating the hiring / brand campaigns
