what will you do

We are seeking a dedicated Billing and Cost Analyst to manage the end-to-end cash credit validation process, ensuring accurate billing and resolving vendor disputes to drive cost reduction and improve service delivery efficiency.

You will own the end-to-end cash credit validation process, working with internal teams (reverse hub team) to ensure they provide all the necessary documentation for billings and exceptions from related vendors. You will identify transactions that are incorrect or need further details and work with the reverse hub team to resolve any disputes.

You will play an integral role in identifying and driving cost reduction opportunities for improved Service Delivery efficiency while improving customer satisfaction.

You will need to develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end service delivery process and lean heavily on the knowledge gained through billing validation - recognizing the activities that result in the highest charges and suggesting actions to improve.

You will work with the other geography teams to share best practices and apply them to local markets. You will provide monthly reviews to executive management and report the results against pre-established targets.
