Project Manager (Order to Cash)

who are we looking for

- 2-5 years of experience in Project Management area, OTC experience is not a condition but very welcomed
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- SAP experience is a plus
- Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
- Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement
- Effective written and oral communication in English
- Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.
- Minimum education – Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)

what will you do

- Lead and support OTC projects, ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

You will report to WW Accounts Receivable Manager supporting global projects.

Salary offer (gross):
From 1 800 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from 1800 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
