what will you do
As a Large Deal Deployment Lead in our ISS Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our assurance and delivery teams in ensuring that large and complex deals are setup and rolled out correctly. You will work directly with our Large Deal Analysis lead and be the primary point of contact for deploying large deals involving ISS delivery. To be successful in the role, you should demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, possess strong attention to detail and have experience in service delivery and project management.
Responsibilities
1. Deal Alignment
- Align with Large Deal Analysis Lead on incoming deals
- Review service delivery requirements across ISS offerings
- Collaborate with WW stakeholders to clearly assess capabilities
- Create Rollout Action Plan based on requested parameters
- Deal Deployment
2. Own Solution Handover
- Lead the execution of complex deals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with various ISS offering and standard delivery teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define deal scope, objectives, needs and deliverables.
- Ensure strong adherence to governance structures across all service delivery motions through advocacy, training and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain tools and templates to streamline the deal deployment process and drive efficiency
- Manage scheduling and coordination of all rollout plan actions throughout the deal deployment
- Maintain a deal approval process that ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and corporate Delegation of Authority (DoA).
- Execute a regular audit program to monitor compliance, driving improvement in overall compliance and recovery plans where required
- Coordinate setup among teams to meet project milestones
3. Deployment Analysis & Monitoring
- Generate and analyze deal related metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into deployment coverage, performance, trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular recommendations based on data driven insights, and collaborate with key stakeholders to realize proposed solutions and efficiencies.
- Support project setup to enable resource assignment.
- Facilitate regular reviews to ensure all deals in pipeline are managed effectively and provide insight to delivery teams in preparation for handover of executed deals.
- Enable regular utilization reporting for managers to support effective resource management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in business, finance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in service delivery management, project management, services operations, or related role within a services organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Codata.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a global team which may require engaging across distances, cultures, and time zones in a matrix organizational structure.
- Exposure to bid and proposal management with APMP Foundation Certification an advantage.
- 3-8 years of progressive broad-based information technology and business experience.
- Business fluent English , any other languages a plus

Salary offer (gross):
Od 1 800 EUR/mesiacBase gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
