who are we looking for

- 3+ years of experience in active Learning & Development roles, training management, training program creation, talent development programs delivery, L&D (internal) consulting
- Record of past learning projects that you have successfully run from start to finish (excellent project management skills
- Ability to successfully work with various teams of internal clients (managers, salespeople, HR partners, etc.); working with global teams and/or cross-functional teams that are geographically dispersed across different time zones and cultures
- Ability to work on your own, being self-motivated and driven to get things done without intense supervision; Entrepreneurship and being result-driven; finding a solution by talking to key stakeholders, analyzing their needs and creating the most effective system/process/training content to support their needs
- High-level of familiarity in the use of Corporate Desktop Software Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) are essential
- Experience working in a multinational organization is a plus.

You will report into HR team for the SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

what will you do

We are looking for a talent management and development partner to support our global Services and Solutions Group (SSG). You will be part of the SSG Learning team (3 people) - we support and run the learning and development for 7.5k employees in our world-wide group. You will report to Learning and Development Leader for the Global Solutions & Services Group. It's an exciting opportunity to support people's development by creating and running programs and helping them develop their knowledge and skills.

In this position, you will be solving the following aspects of the job:

- Create programs to develop specific groups of employees (for example, High Potentials or Strong Performers or people in a specific business team). These programs will aim to help develop participants in skills that have been identified as key for them or that business, as well as their careers (e.g. the program can help some participants be ready to get promoted)
- Develop and create the content of these programs: which trainings, facilitated sessions, presentations, processes, check-points, etc. should the development program contain? Do the participants do a project as part of the program? How do we help them increase their visibility to the executives?
- Understand the different businesses and define (together with business and HR leaders) key skills that need to be developed in that business: interviews, discussions, facilitated needs discovery workshops
- Identified key skills: identify internal experts in these skills and assist/mentor them to be able to deliver pragmatic and high-impact trainings in their area of specialization
- Ensure alignment and buy-in: e.g. High Potential participants will need to have detailed Individual Development Plans, be aligned on their development goals and path with their HR partner and manager (you may facilitate this discussion)
- Running facilitated and structured discussions with identified talent/program participants and their managers/HRPs to align on Individual Development Plans, future development actions, lessons learned, etc.
- Promote the programs we are running to potential participants by presenting them to whole business units, at all-hands team meetings and other events (online and face-to-face).
- Administer and run programs (including keeping necessary records and creating reports)
- Types of programs we may run: centralized mentoring program, new employee orientation programs, wellbeing and burn-out prevention program, a social media training program, a management development program, programs that develop skills based on skill matrix that is essential for that business unit (e.g. AI)
- Delivering/teaching trainings is an option, but not a must
You will need previous demonstratable experience in delivering above types of activities.

2 450 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from minimum 2450 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
