We are looking for process and systems compliance assistant for EMEA Services Ops team responsible for warranty compliance activities for EMEA Service Partners.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

- Applies exceptions in the billing and keeps track of exceptions
- Cooperates on Clean order validation to ensure payment of only valid transactions
- Ensures on time communication and quality support to AWSPs using Vendor Compliance Ops e-mail task ID
- Manages the penalty reporting for:
- Penalties for unused PC parts
- Penalties for not / late returned PC parts
- Process penalties for plastic / mechanical PC parts, out of warranty battery orders, incorrectly processed monitor orders
