what will you do

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ITC Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support project management activities, ensuring efficient collaboration and coordination across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Project management:
Coordinate projects effectively between engineers, customers, and sales teams
Ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and timely resolution of issues to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Lead and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including end customers, engineers, and other Lenovo departments to ensure project objectives are met
Communicate project status to stakeholders clearly and concisely
Ensure all projects meet engineering standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report project progress to the management team, key stakeholders, and delivery
Provide detailed project handover to ITC engineers for project execution, collaborate closely with engineers to facilitate project completion
Provide support, guidance, and resources as needed to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards

Customer Engagement:
Lead customer conversations for agreed project or service types
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Sales team support:
Provide advice and support to the sales/ ISSR team in selecting appropriate config services within the tools
Educate sales representatives, clarify roles, responsibilities, and the decision-making process to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of ITC services
Provide advice on the status of ongoing projects to stakeholders, including management, sales teams, and customers
Communicate progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues that may impact project outcomes

Other requirements:
Business fluent English and German language
This role requires strong communication, coordination, and technical expertise to support the successful execution of projects and ensure customer satisfaction.


Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.850 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
