what will you do

Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG) is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in managing product launches and marketing programs within a fast-paced environment. You should possess a broad understanding of the tech industry, covering hardware, software, services, and solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with worldwide Product Development teams to streamline launches and enhance market impact. Additionally, you will work with regional Marketing Managers and other functions to build integrated marketing initiatives across the range of Lenovo offerings.

Responsibilities:
Develop marketing, communications and sales enablement assets and programs for Lenovo Services and the Services and Solutions Group
Craft product positioning, value propositions, and strategic messaging
Formulate effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches
Develop marketing strategies to drive post-launch sales and engagement
Collaborate with the Campaign owners to plan and execute campaigns that effectively reach the target audiences, convey the message clearly, and achieve our goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, product, design, user experience, corporate and regional marketing teams, as well as external partners, to align and implement marketing strategy
Cultivate relationships and develop joint plans with key internal stakeholders
Manage external agency partners
Conduct timely competitive analysis to understand industry trends and key insights
Assist in developing the annual marketing budget for SSG Marketing and manage the quarterly marketing budget and associated operational activities
Establish marketing objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment across supporting teams
Own the target audience framework and associated messaging
Promote the "Why Lenovo" story for SSG, ensuring that the strategy and content clearly articulate the value proposition

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience in an IT and/or technology company; relevant experience in communicating with or marketing to B2B services customers
Experience working in a global company and reaching global audiences
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize details quickly and convey ideas through compelling presentations
The ability to comprehend complex solutions and translate them into relevant and engaging messages
Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, with a track record of successful marketing and sales enablement projects
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with senior leadership
Resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Previous budget management experience

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.600 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
