what will you do
The EMEA Real Estate Workplace Solutions (REWS) team is hiring a Real Estate Coordinator to support the team in managing and coordinating leased locations across EMEA.
You'll be responsible for:
- Assist in property lease management and maintaining lease documentation records
- Assist with budget tracking on the key locations in EMEA
- Responsible for maintaining up to date insurance certificates and bank guarantees
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of property transactions
- Collaborate and assist in all REWS projects – data gathering, communication with local teams, cooperation with the project team
- Collaborate with legal team to review contracts
- Coordinate site visits in key location
- Preparing presentations or reports, i.e. Business Cases for new lease Options / Lease Prolongations
- Coordinate facility maintenance in locations with facility management – overseeing minor projects, maintaining regular contact with local Facility Managers
- Providing administrative support to the real estate team
