We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Services Product Marketing Manager to temporarily fill a maternity leave vacancy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing and sales enablement efforts, in close collaboration with the Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) Product Development teams, Segment Sales, marketing leaders, and regional Services marketing teams. The position will also encompass a range of marketing and training tasks, including project management, content management, and general administrative responsibilities.

Specifically, the role will focus on:
Developing marketing, communications and sales enablement assets and programs for Lenovo Services and the Services and Solutions Group
Crafting product positioning, value propositions, and strategic messaging
Formulating effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches
Developing marketing strategies to drive post-launch sales and engagement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, product, design, user experience, corporate and regional marketing teams, as well as external partners, to align and implement marketing strategy
Conducting timely competitive analysis to understand industry trends and key insights
Managing external agency partners

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing in either in-house and agency roles, with a strong preference for experience in the technology sector and services
Business fluent in English
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize details quickly and convey ideas through compelling presentations
Experience working in a global company and reaching global audiences
Familiarity with a wide range of marketing disciplines, and an understanding of how to leverage paid, earned, owned and shared channels
The ability to comprehend complex solutions and translate them into relevant and engaging messages
Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, with a track record of successful marketing and sales enablement projects
Excellent organizational and project management skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with senior leadership
Resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.600 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
