Content Operations Specialist
who are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with global teams across cultural, language, and time differences; conducting business internationally
- experience working with content, data, and websites, and leveraging digital to drive measurable business results preferred
- Communications and presentation skills, demonstrating executive presence
- Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

what will you do
Responsibilities
- Closely working with the team to help enable our upsell strategy on channel partner websites as well as partner internal systems.
- Help drive the launch and ongoing support of projects around Lenovo content syndication including, Lenovo Services’ Logo Program.
- Creating and adapting rich media content in multiple languages (via 3rd party translation services).
- Managing master data including creating, updating and deleting information within Lenovo internal systems.
- Provide quality assurance of services data and working with the global data management team as necessary to validate data accuracy.
- Develop management-level reports and analysis.

Salary offer (gross):
1 350 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary starts from 1.350 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
