We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Bratislava!
Job Ecosystem:
Reporting to DACH ISO CFO
Closely works with DACH Market Management (market and country GMs, Sales team, Operations, Customer Fulfilment) – responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets
Collaborates closely with Finance colleagues in COE (center of excellence) towers: Pricing team, A/R team, Expense Management team, etc.
Job Description:
Responsible for the Market P&L for GAT, CH markets with the possibility to expand
Support and own the monthly forecast process and reviews
Manage gross-to-net (GTN), including calculation of accruals and tracking of payments
Handle month-end / quarter-end closing activities and ensure proper and accurate reporting of revenue, cost and expenses
Preparing quarterly management reports, trend analyses, and review decks
Provide explanations and bridge analyses on key business drivers based on financial results
Support and provide recommendations on actions to improve business outlook
Collaborate with various functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Controls, HQ Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Fulfillment/Supply Chain) to support the ISG business, ensure efficiency of processes and maintain controls and safeguards
Qualifications:
Candidates with Finance and Accounting degree
Candidates with at least 6 years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, solid accounting knowledge
Candidates with IT Services background would be a plus but not a must
Fluent German and English
