what will you do

An opportunity has arisen to drive the intelligent transformation in EMEA as the EMEA SSG Product Marketing, Sr. Specialist. Within the position the candidate manages services offerings in support of Solutions and Services Group (SSG) product portfolio. Candidate will be responsible for managing our internal communications, content repositories, and SSG Services Marketing interlocks.

You will also be responsible for delivering marketing collateral within launch timelines, while meeting expectations of customer satisfaction and business adoption. You will interlock with cross-marketing colleagues, portfolio managers, and project teams to drive internal and cross-team efficiencies. You will need to have great communication skills and be agile in response to changes and needs of multiple geographies, as you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams across the globe to ensure consistency in marketing messaging and execution.

Responsibilities
Own and Manage the Premium Services Portfolio in EMEA
Understand performance, competition, pricing and offering gaps for Services
Detailed Analysis and Understanding of Offering Performance Data
Interlock with other members of EMEA and Global ISG Services team to ensure strategic directions and plans are aligned with business requirements
Input into Marketing Plans
Interlock with HW and Services teams on their future platforms plans and direction at strategic level
Create and Deliver Channel and Seller (both Hardware and Services) Offering Enablement Material
Own EMEA Marketing Launches and Refreshes for ISG Services
Attend and Contribute to Platform Offering Development meetings
Create Business Cases for Offering Portfolio Planning
Input to Global Plans
Handle inquiries from Sales Teams and BP related to these offerings
Cover EMEA for wider Services Offering Marketing activity
Include services messaging in hardware marketing communication (involve services in events, product launches and collateral)
Support internal communication activities
Interlock frequently with portfolio and WW marketing teams to address needs
Maintain ISG services marketing internal repositories and cascade content
Contribute marketing strategy and expand digital marketing initiatives

Requirements
University degree. Marketing, Sales or business management with IT experience is preferred
Demonstrable understanding of the IT HW and services business (4+ years’ experience in business related activities e.g product management, marketing competitive research, offering communications, sales support, services delivery readiness, etc)
Familiarity with customers, sales requirements and services solutions in complex technical environments is a strong benefit in the role
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English language, any other European language is an advantage.
Experience of creating and delivering channel, sales and internal communication and collateral
Mature personality, able to work independently, strong sense of customer service
A demonstrated ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
