Business Intelligence Analyst

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

You will support APOS Business Development Manager in day-to-day management of services related to programs and initiatives in alignment with Lenovo SSG. You will also be responsible for operational reports and data analysis in addition to running multiple tasks and processes and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis. You will report directly to the Senior Business Development Manager.

These will be your detailed responsibilities:

• Execute key KPI reports within our business including (Maintenance Attach, Warranty exits, End of Support, Pen Rate etc.)
• Build and create reports for management reviews
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in both finance, sales & operations
• Analyzing data and providing insights
• Preparing up to date Sales Status Reports
• Build structured presentations
• Support SSG operations in validating performance (Bookings, Signings & Conversion rates)
• Work closely with Geo Sales Ops on collecting Bi-weekly BMS Forecast and business updates

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales operation, business analysis or program management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint required
• Tableau and PowerBI basics
• SQL basics
• Data Analysis
• Ability to collect, combine and analyze data in order to draw conclusions and make fact-based recommendations
• Independent and self-driven
• Detail & Process Oriented
• Excellent English language skills (oral & written)
