We are looking for dynamic, positive intern with good analytical thinking and attention to detail to join our AR team supporting Lenovo’s Bratislava office reporting to EMEA COE Manager.


What will be your responsibilities:

- Enveloping/Sending all invoices from print room to customers via post/TNT
- Xerox Hyperion, manually printing IBM invoices
- IBM TNT tracking
- Manually printing and resending IBM invoices, sending IBM invoices for custom clearance
- Manually Invoice reprinting request (internal/external)
- Return invoices tracking to check invoicing method and discuss with Collectors
- Audit requests
- Supporting signing and stamping audit requests, bank details etc. validated by Market controllers
- Shorting Microsoft invoices on request
- Resolving invoicing set up for every market and changing set up to Paper/PDF/EDI on customer’s request
- Request with high number of invoices to be reprinted/qty
- Reporting - CSST report & NoPrinting
- Maintenance - Raised issues to IT, ensure paper, envelopes, toner on stock
- Russia cash application
