what will you do
We are looking for a Customer Representative to help support a new e-Commerce team. You will report to the Public Web Manager.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Reviewing online payment (like credit card, Paypal) orders to prevent fraud, while providing a great customer experience
• Full support Sales and Customer service teams to resolve all customer requests related to online payment order, like address changes, reroutes, reshipments, cancellations, fraud reports
• Ensure fraud issue to be identified and resolved within agreed SLA/ quantity of cases
• Respond and report fraud chargeback disputes received through online payment acquirers
• Close loop communication for all internal and external customer in a professional and timely manner

1 450 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from 1450 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
