Channel Program Manager

- 3+ years of experience in program management in the IT industry with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions to facilitate channel business growth.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of the IT market & EMEA Channel landscape across all partner types is a plus
- Good communication skills (including strong proficiency with PowerPoint) and ability to communicate across all levels of seniority within Lenovo and our key channel partners.
- Team player with ability to drive collaboration across different business and functional areas in a complex, matrix organization

The EMEA Lenovo Channel organization is looking for business and program management professional to work in our EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Channel program team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the development and implementation of channel programs and processes to support the overall EMEA Channel strategy. The candidate will be involved in all stages of channel program design from concept to design and implementation and will be a key interface between the EMEA Channel Programs and Strategy management team and the various back-office and support functions required to implement and execute channel programs on an on-going basis. - New Channel Program Design
- Project Management & program development
- Business Analytics & Data Modelling
- BMS & Reporting System design
- Development and on-going maintenance of Channel program enablement collateral
- Coordination with internal teams and external suppliers
- Interaction with and enablement of local market channel teams

Organization

You will report to the Senior Manager, EMEA Channel Programs and Strategy. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
