Service Announcement Management, Data Quality & Readiness

• More than 3 years’ experience on Product release and management in Server, Computer and Mobile phone related

• Strong communication (written and verbal), Issue solving and Time management

• Proven track of record of previous experience with Schedule Management, Electronics product BOM structure, ERP system “SAP” and working in cross-functional, global environment

• Experience in Project management is preferred.

• Reliable and self-managed person able to think outside the box, with focus on knowledge and business ownership

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Lenovo is seeking a Service Announcement management to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group - ISG and be responsible for Service offering creation and E2E readiness management for Service offerings. The candidate will become member of Data Quality and Readiness, part of Control organization inside Product Release Operations organization. And this is not all, in this team you can grow and reach other development working opportunities in product release process and E2E readiness management.

These are your detailed responsibilities (What will you do?):

• Team member of Offering deliver team (ODT) and Focal of Service offering management

• Create Service offering including Part NO. and CTO-LSF aligning with Product released schedule defined in ODT

• Manage Service Offering readiness including cost, price and Configurator etc to meet product announcement schedule

• Summary Service offering Readiness report to ODTL, Planar and Service team in a regular basis from control team perspective

• Proactively drive issue resolution with Cost Engineer, Geo Pricer, Dev etc and escalation in ODT team for corrective action taken
