what will you do

Over the past decade, Lenovo has effectively implemented a strong ESG framework and robust sustainability programs. Lenovo’s ESG efforts are focused on circular economy, resilience and helping to solve humanity’s greatest challenges with smarter services and technology. This determination has lead us to implementing Science Based Targets, meaningful steps around energy management and sustainable design that can be seen in our processes and products. We strives to do things differently with the goal of a Smarter Future in mind for our customers, our employees, our communities and the environment. It is through Lenovo’s Global Sustainability Services, that we aim to be that partner to help our customers meet their own ESG goals as well.

Important part of sustainability efforts is product circular economy. If we as a society continue using our resources in the same make-use-dispose linear way, we are going to need more than 2 and half planet earth resources to sustain this consumption growth. This is why it is important to move from linear to circular economy where we enable means to extend product lifecycle. Refurbishment is a good example of giving products second life and mitigating environmental impacts related to productions and consumption.
