who are we looking for

3 years of experience in Project Management area, OTC experience is not a condition but very welcomed
Process understanding & improvement
Planning
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
SAP experience is a plus
Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement
Effective written and oral communication in English
Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.
Minimum education – Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)

what will you do

These are your detailed responsibilities:

Lead and support OTC projects, ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
You will report to WW Accounts Receivable Manager supporting global projects.

Salary offer (gross):
1 700 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from minimum 1700 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
