We are looking for a new team member to our ISG Product Release Operations group, which has gone through transformation and complete reorganization towards higher efficiency and smart processes.

Data Team Specialist is a important role in the new structure of Data Team, responsible for quality HW & SW Data enablement into various internal systems but also needs to provide support and guidance to other team members if it comes to Data enablement related questions.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Enter HW&SW product data into various internal systems with focus on 100% quality and schedule defined by process based on different types of requests from related teams.

• Promptly resolve data related issues with partner teams to minimize impact on customer

• Understand technical specifications of HW&SW data needed for daily data maintenance

• Understand overall announcement release process of HW&SW products

• Proactively seek enhancement opportunities during regular revision of Data Team processes


What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of Experience in Data Management, data driven person with common sense or the ability to learn technical aspects associated with the role
• Organizational, written and communication skills – ability to communicate information with clarity and precision across various levels of the organization
• Responsible, with attention to details - ability to manage priorities and deliver against established timelines
• Logical thinking and analytical personality
• Desire to learn and develop
• Systematic approach
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to multitask
• Fluent English
• Team-player
• Excel Intermediate skills (e.g. pivot tables, macros are advantage)
