Channel Inside Sales Support Representative
who are we looking for
We are looking for Inside Sales Support Representative to support GAT sales team in their day to day agenda and back office, non-customer facing activities & building strong relationship. The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers.

Soft skills:
- Strong communication and Customer facing skills, both by phone and e-mail,
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

- Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures.
- Structured and Stress resistant person
- Ability to adapt to cultural differences
Technical Skills:
- Ability to work with various software packages (MS Office) - Advanced
- Experience with Sales processes and back-office administration- Nice to have
Required education:
- Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
Language skills:
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- German – advantage

What will you do:
Supports back-office activities to assist sales productivity and strong cross department collaboration
1. Front line defense and extension of the sales to interlock with the rest of the organization (60%)
- Assist sales with Partner Incentive Programs and Informing Business Partners accordingly
- Creation of bids in internal systems and Contract management (validation, maintenance, etc.)
- Interlocks & Cross department cooperation with internal Lenovo teams
- Reporting: Codata report usage for various daily operation tasks
2. Answer queries coming from partners (30%)
- Answer queries and how to questions coming from partners
- Search/ Request Product documents internally and send certificates to BP by E-mail
3. Transformational role driving process improvement (10%)
- Onboarding of new tasks, best practice sharing between supported countries, streamlining of processes, bringing added value tasks from one country to another
