what will you do
As a Hardware Installation Coordinator, you will manage rack and stack services opportunities, interact & negotiate with end customers and business partners, coordinate financial transactions and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously. You will have the opportunity to work in our Infrastructure Solutions Group, supporting the sales as well as the delivery coordination of our physical installation services. You will report to the Sr Manager Professional Service.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Assist geography sales teams with qualification, quoting and contracting of HW installation requests
• Work with the regional sales, technical sales colleagues and installation partners in order to expand business coverage and develop new revenue streams
• Provide the details and benefits of the Lenovo HW installation services portfolio
• Responsible for the qualification, pricing and assist/contribute to negotiation and signing of Lenovo HW installation solutions
• Assist with the contract and quote negotiations and responsible for the final installation solution development as well as provide follow-up, service information and overall account support via email and phone
• Present installation services portfolio materials to sales people to maintain awareness and accelerate services sales
• Maintain accurate installation backlog and delivery reports
• Manage delivery and financial reports and statuses of HW install orders
• Demonstrate end to end HW install coordination responsibilities, manage escalations and involve proper Lenovo functions to enable resolution
• Keep cost, quality and time triangle under control and align with expectations
• Develop and obtain customer feedback form / survey about delivery quality
• Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity reviews to reach high performance goals
• Manage and maintain the financial reconciliation with installer partners

Salary offer (gross):
1 400 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from minimum 1400 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
