what will you do
Sales Support Representative will support GAT region and interact with GAT Sales teams (60%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management - 30%) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (10%). This position is dedicated to building strong relationship and supporting sellers to offload them from Administrative and non-customer facing activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Support with administrative ad- hoc tasks in order to offload Sales Representatives from their daily operation.
-Daily interlock with assigned Sales Reps to process quote renewals & product proposals, aligning the quantities and prices, and manage them through approval process
-Contract management (creation, validation, maintenance, etc.)
-Interlock and cooperation with other functional teams as Pricing team, CF or Order team
