This position is an outstanding opportunity for motivated individual with solid business operations and reporting skills.

The primary focus is on SMB, Channel and Consumer Services Sales Operations.

This is a maternity cover role.


Key responsibilities:

Development of ad-hoc reports, as well as processing regular reports
Identify, analyze and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets
Based on the user requirements, design and maintain the data and develop the report and visualization in PowerPoint
Coordinate reporting initiatives involving cross-functional teams
Act as focal point for Services Sales and Market Ops teams
Provide timely and responsive replies to all communications.
Identification of process improvement opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and maintain documentation.

You will report to Senior Manager for Consumer Sales ＆ Channel SMB Program and collaborate closely with Services Sales and Market Operations teams.

Position Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
Good communication skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements, data tracking, having discussion with people abroad)
Able to speak and write at professional English language level
Excellent MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel (ideally also VBA & Macros), DB: SQL server

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1.600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part.
