Parts Process Manager
who are we looking for
• At least 2 years experience in parts planning or services supply chain in a multinational environment,
• Experience on supporting supply chain business process through SAP,
• Proven track of record on delivering complex projects within cross functional organizations,
• Continuous improvement methodology know-how (LSS green or black belt is advantage),
• Ability to work with large data sets in Excel and with it’s advanced functions,
• Fluent English (professional communication in Russian is advantage),
• Able to work independently, under pressure in a results oriented environment,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels

These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Ownership of the reverse supply chain for Non EU countries within EMEA,
• Manage warehousing & repair partners according to agreed SLAs & KPIs,
• Lead improvement projects to minimize costs, lead time and parts loss rate,
• Liaise with local and global planning team on parts handling & repair priorities,
• Monitor performance, prepare reports/analysis and present results to management,
• Enable and maintain efficient reverse flow in cooperation with local & global logistics team
