Who You’ll Work With: ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) – Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking, and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers. ISG's Sales Learning & Development Team is responsible for the effectiveness and impact of all sales training programs pertaining to ISG, including the development and delivery of learning programs targeted for Lenovo‘s Sales Organizations dispersed globally.

The Compete Tool Platform Manager role will be a key and core member of the WW ISG Sales Learning & Development Team. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well-organized to effectively support delivery of competitive sales enablement programs. A successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced, data-driven, customer-centric environment.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• General understanding of Lenovo ISG products and solutions and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and product marketing managers to develop and maintain sales enablement datasheets for internal and channel sellers.
• Ability to analyze Lenovo ISG competitor products and then communicate insights for sales opportunities.
• Own the overall lifecycle of competitive sales enablement content, from creation through editing, and archiving of aged materials.
• Review, organize, and publish assets as the Compete Tool platform administrator.
• Serve as subject matter expert of Lenovo’s Compete Tool platform with a focus on continual improvement and innovation to ultimately increase end-user adoption and usage.
• Deliver usage reports to compare trends year on year and help executives and product marketing managers understand content gaps to achieve business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a standardized process for documentation while implementing the highest level of content standards defined by our internal and external sellers.
