what will you do
This internship program is aimed at those who want to start their career in a global IT company. As an intern, you will be a part of our EMEA Services operations team and will take on the responsibility of your own set of real-life tasks. In Lenovo we never stand still. Projected start date is first of September, however it can be flexible upon agreement.
Some of your responsibilities will look like:
Daily communication to service partners about their reimbursement plan, invoice payment issues and process related queries
• Verifying the received invoices and updating the Invoice database
• Submitting invoices for payments via internal payment system
• Cooperation with Treasury team on invoice payments
• Supporting EMEA Services team on billing data consolidations and billing validation
• Finance data maintenance & Exceptions processing
You will also participate projects within EMEA Services Operation team and will support:
• Billing data consistency between Operational and Financial databases
• Correct and on time payments to EMEA Service providers
