Description and Requirements
In this position you will be responsible for processing monthly/quarterly Incentives and Commissions for the Lenovo EMEA Infrastructure solutions group (ISG) Sales team. You will need strong analytic and data management skills for reviewing, tracking, and processing commissions while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

We are looking for a good candidate with relevant experience, who can demonstrate ownership and has the future ability to take over broader role within I&C area (Anaplan / Sales Plan Design process).

These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Administer commission process by maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing relevant revenue and commissions data, ensuring accurate and timely payouts in accordance with the terms of the EMEA commission plans
• Analyze the I&C data sources (revenue, profit, signings) including territory revenue data and effectively communicate with Sales Teams to ensure they understand the drivers of their territory performance and related impact on their commissions
• Report and communicate analysis on quota and incentive attainment for the sales teams at regular intervals and as required to gain insight into sales performance, including quarterly report outs
• Liaise with country sales operations, finance, and country sales management
• Process monthly and quarterly commission payments for assigned business segments/markets
• Research, reconcile and resolve commission payment disputes/discrepancies reported by the Sales Teams through effective communication.
• Develop and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with the Sales Teams
• Support other general sales reporting requirements as needed
• Lead or participate in other projects or duties as assigned

You will report to ISG leadership and Manager of Incentives & Commissions team based in Bratislava. You'll be working closely with sales employees across EMEA.
