We're looking for a detailed and diligent Product Operations Specialist to perform software entitlements, manage software lifecycle and renewals data, and create software sales opportunity reports.

This is a global role where you will interface with product managers, operations leads, and sales representatives .

And what else will be your responsibilities?

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) TSS (Transactional Support Services)

• Analyze product & operations data to generate actionable insights for sales, product, and operations teams to execute

• Communication with customers, business partners, sales teams, internal and external stakeholders

• Work cross-functionally within Lenovo business functions to complete tasks and achieve operational results.

• Working with product and sales data and will be responsible for maintaining database accuracy

• Generating actionable and timely reports.


You will report to Rodimir Hudak, Transactional Support Manager for DCG supporting customers in EMEA. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
