what will you do

The data analyst is responsible for daily execution of Channel data to the business. You will be focused on delivering data to expected quality levels and timelines, resolving any potential issues related to the raw data by cooperating with local teams or IT team. You will perform daily analytics in order to deliver team KPIs using MS excel, developing new queries in SQL, QlikSense and Power BI. You will cooperate with external partner regarding BP onboarding, Data provision, timeliness and quality. You will provide advanced analytics within own scope of responsibility. You will own a set of standard activities/reports you need to understand end to end and be able to maintain/enhance as per business requirements. You will own the communication to channel leaders, sales/sales leaders regarding data quality within Inventory reconciliation process and dollarization. You will need to learn/understand the overall Channel process and its contribution to/dependencies on the overall Lenovo EMEA processes. You will need to take responsibility as a process owner for the maintaining and further improvements and adjustments related. Acquires primary or secondary data from internal or external data sources. Identifies, analyses, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets. Develops recommendations based on the findings and generates graphs, reports & presentations as needed on a routine or ad hoc basis. Expertise in database and report generation tools (e.g. Excel VBA, Access, SQL Server systems etc.).

Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily execution of Channel data to the business, in order to delivery data in expected quality and within the timeline.
- Performs daily analytics in order to deliver team KPIs using MS excel, developing new queries in SQL, QlikSense and Power BI.
- Leading the projects related to data coverage expansion and data quality internally and towards the business partners and the external vendor company.
- Communicate with Sales representatives, Sales and Ops leaders audience about the channel data matters. Cooperate with external data providing vendor on regular basis, as well as leading the regular interlock between the teams.
- Acts as main contact point for Own area or responsibility/BU.
- Active cooperation and support to the Sales Ops Manager as well as to other team members.
- Participating in delivering strategic Lenovo initiatives and projects.
- Responsible for acquiring, managing and analyzing data to assist in making insightful business decisions, driving growth and measuring success.
- Helping to build processes and process designs with business & BT/IT and business teams in order to achieve key Lenovo objectives
- Involvement in BT/IT data solution testing, process design modelling discussion, UAT, PPS
- Responsible for Audit and Audit compliance.
