What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:


• Good PC Background (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance services back office or sales support is a huge advantage
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
• Bachelor or Master's degree
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (additional European language skills are an advantage)
• Ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document data

Sales Support & Claims analyst role for DCG Services is aimed to support Lenovo DCG Sales team in their selling activities. Content of the role varies from offers preparation, contracts registrations, contracts modifications, customer disputes resolution.

Your responsibilities:

• Understand the end to end systems used to create and manage service contracts and support day to day activity in those systems.

• Interact with Sales teams (40%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management – 30%) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (40%)

• Responds to market changes, marketing and portfolio updates, business targets.

• Communicate directly with Lenovo sellers and Lenovo’s business partners.


You will report to Katarina Kachnicova, Sales Operations Manager, supporting customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa. You will participate in collaborative planning calls and meetings in order to understand and follow market trends and updates from DCG business group.
