what will you do
You must be a self-starter who can analyze product & operations data to generate actionable insights for sales, product, and operations teams to execute. You must have excellent communication skills and demeanor with customers, business partners, sales teams, internal and external stakeholders. You must be have strong project management skills and be motivated to work cross-functionally to complete tasks and achieve operational results. You must be able to take the lead to solve business problems by thinking creatively and strategically, sometimes even to design and execute your own solution.
You must have a strong sense of ownership as you will be working with product and sales data and will be responsible for maintaining database accuracy and generating actionable and timely reports. You must be willing to go the "extra mile" to become a subject matter expert who can advise and train customers and partners on software products, processes, or even the company. You must be able to complete projects on time and meet service level agreements.
