Services Enablement Specialist

• 3+ year of experience in technical support, software development, B2B support
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, MS Project, SAP, Excel
• To be pro-active, have attention to detail

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

SAP administration - Advanced

Your role will be to support Lenovo EMEA Services organization by facilitating changes and ongoing development of Information Systems used by Services business functions. You will report to Digital Transformation and Enablement Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project management of EMEA Services IT implementations
• Project cost tracking, return on investment calculation
• System Changes and User ID management
• Improvement plan ownership
• Services Partners system, apps and tech support

Base gross monthly salary from 1700EUR, depending on experience + variable part
