Pre-Sell Technical Support Specialist

who are we looking for

• University education and /or
• Previous experience in similar position (Pre-sell /technical support)

Soft skills:
• Customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail (previous experience in a customer facing environment would be an advantage)
• Ability to adapt to cultural differences
• Able to work on his/her own initiative to strict deadlines, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently
•Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures
•Structured and Stress resistant person

Language Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Technical Skills:
•Strong PC Background - Ability to work with various software packages (MS Office) – Advanced
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent technical product knowledge in the IT area

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

what will you do

The Pre-Sell Support Specialist will provide support to country Salespersons. The ideal Support Specialist will be a detail oriented, self-starter possessing the ability to work in a teamed environment supporting a group of sales representatives in their day to day selling efforts.

Your main goal is to increase customer satisfaction by minimizing escalations and improve customer experience with Lenovo by providing accurate and on-time solutions in following areas:

- Provide product information about product specifications, configuration and compatibility
- Secure information about product availability & product transitions
- Take care of technical questions related to software and peripherals
- Provide info about compliance documents & certificates
- Providing answers to environmental questions
- Advice and guidance to finalize product selection

You will interact regularly with our local and WW Product Management, technical teams, sales and support teams.
