Channel Operations Partner Program Support
who are we looking for
• Strong communications skills (spoken & written) and ability to work cross-departments
• 2 Languages: 1) English, 2) one of the following (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian)
• Data driven and comfortable with financial aspects of business
• Hard skills – MS Excel expert - required, SQL is advantage
• Drive, self-motivated with follow up to closure, capable to build E2E view of the business
• Demonstrate Leadership & Respect
• Driver of change & challenging the status quo
University education (Master's degree)
what will you do
• Team member education, coaching and guidance
• Provide professional level of communication to internal & external customers in variety of languages in team’s scope
• Management of Channel Operations Partner Program Support related tasks
• Coordinating the Ramp-up of new tools and Processes
• Building and maintenance of process documentation
• Supporting Channel Operations PEP Team processes
• Internal customer support - Sales (DAMs, KAMs for Resel & Retail)
• Management & Maintenance of data associated with LPH, SDMS & PEP Programs
• Continuous improvement of processes and tools, working with internal team, finance, sales, BT/IT
• Help to improve speed/efficiency of sales teams, TAT on queries from customers in EMEA
• Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support management, business & sales teams.
• Handle / resolve complex customer requests or complaints
• Develop / implement process changes
• Cover requirements for own team for any planned system/process releases and changes.
• Support UAT testing, Bug fixing, support MTP in projects
• Participation & Leadership in related projects
