TruScale Solution Inside Sales Support Representative

who are we looking for

The Sales Support Representative will have excellent contract language / creation background, quality improvement, and organization skills.

Other requirements included:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Additional European language skills are an advantage
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service service, back office or sales support is an advantage
• Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc. )
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document data
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Facilitation and collaboration skills
• Must be a team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented
• Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities
• Able to manage priorities and demonstrate a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem resolution.

what will you do

The team member will interact with DCG Sales teams (60%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management – 30%) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (10%)

This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers. Representative will work in our Solutions Design dedicated sub- team of the Sale support function. Focused on providing support on Global Level. Building strong relationship and supporting sellers to offload them from Administrative and non-customer facing activities connected with the SAP HEC project.

The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Contract Creation
• Validation of terms and conditions
• Contract Maintenance to meet TruScale solution conditions
• Contract Project management with all needed AF`s (Pricing, Services, Professional Services, Finance…
• Overview of existing projects and prioritization
• Proposal and Price Quotes Creation (HW, Services, Prof. Services, SW…)
• Solution Design / Configuration
• Scope of work Preparation
• Process Education and New Tools Testing
• Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Pricing, Supply Chain, Product management, Finance, Channel…
