New role to maximise the recovery from DOA units across EMEA.
The role needs someone who is pro-active, can follow through with suppliers/vendors and drive improvements across them.
Furthermore, good reporting skills are required to track volume of cases and $ recovery.

Typical tasks:
- Minimise the instance of returns via additional controls (validation) and rejection back to retailers
- Standardise the process across EMEA markets
- Track DOA returns (CAs and value)
- Work with vendors to refurbuish units
- Maximise re-sale of units (track recovery vs BMC) across various selling channels
