Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English
• 5+ years of event / communication experience, high tech industry and/or Services experience preferred
• Communications and presentation skills, ability to provide a summary of complex issues
• Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally is a plus

what will you do

The WW Services Field Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Lenovo Services events and activities, as well as collaborating with Global and Regional event and communications teams to increase the presence of Upsell Services in Lenovo corporate and regional events. The role will also be involved with other marketing and training tasks, including project management, content management, and general administration.

The primary function of this role is to ensure that internal and external Lenovo Services sponsored events are well organized, as well as influence other event and communications teams to increase the coverage given to Upsell Services in existing internal and external events. A secondary function will be to assist Global Marketing teams with the coordination of digital assets on multiple internal and external web sites. The Global Event Field Marketing Coordinator will report to the Global Services Marketing and Training Director, and work in coordination with Regional Service Managers and Global and Regional Event Coordinators. The ideal candidate must have the right mix of interpersonal skills, project management skills and strong character to be effective as a member of the Global Services Marketing and Training organization.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Organize internal sales focused activities to accompany a new service introduction
• Establishing a calendar for events where services is present, or should be present
• Coordinating with regions for best practice sharing
• Ensuring increased Services presence at global events such as Accelerate or Kick Off
• Communication about Services presence at industry events such as CES, IFA, etc…
• Light graphic design skills to update / refresh content in Adobe and Powerpoint
• Manage weekly updates, including event pre- and post-communications
• Manage a budget for event spending with external agencies and in-house teams
• Monitor marketplace conditions, competitive information and maintain a high level of expertise within the event marketing space, keeping abreast of trends and innovations
• Develop marketing communications and collateral to support various events throughout the organization
• Work cross-functionally to develop presentation content and supporting collateral for various events
