IT Business Analyst - Logistics

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes with focus on logistics
- CRM, system knowledge on user level
- Knowledge and Interest in emerging technologies e.g. Block chain, RPAs, IOT, AI, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking & problem solving
- Able to communicate effectively and proactively
- Able to work independently

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

We are currently looking for IT Business Analyst to join brand new team. This person is going to be involved into a new project for implementation of new solution.

This role is limited - 1 year contract

- Provide support on new strategic platform as well as processes to the GSC teams.
- Address new requirements, create business cases and follow up on those with the IT team and IT vendors
- Facilitate and lead workshops with the intention to create and improve workflows, processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support Development team with process mapping/documentation for new tools development and enhancement.
- Support reporting & analytics as required
- Communicate effectively any upcoming changes and processes as per need.
