The online services sales business manager will oversee execution of the services strategy across all e-commerce marketplaces in EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking campaign effectiveness together with the e-commerce regional product management, analyzing sales evolution and running successful campaigns, promotions and effective merchandizing
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee implementation and execution of promotional campaigns to increase services sales
- Work across teams to leverage best practice and drive innovative solutions
- Track services related KPIs to verify effectiveness of campaigns
- Ensure correct service offering planning and positioning Vs. hardware products
- Identify innovative opportunities in services online sales
