who are we looking for
what will you do
• Effectively lead/conduct key stakeholders briefings to support and optimize change management activities
• Efficiently lead the development and delivery of optimized processes to support both Lenovo sales teams and the external channel organization
• Provide strategic direction and expert leadership to all support organizations on all sales transformation related issues
• Work directly with the sales team members, as well as with the Geo executive team, on a regular basis
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are essential for all internal and external interactions
• Frequently explain critical concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner to different levels of the organization
• Influence and advise upper management and leadership on critical and strategic decisions or business issues.
• Negotiate requirements that have significant objectives/impact, where frequently no precedent exists
• Analyze complex or new situations; manage business solutions or develops/implements new approaches, procedures or processes
• Provide ongoing leadership, guidance and counsel to other professionals and managers; directly influence people outside own department or function
